The Paul Martin Government could be toppled 1 week from todasy when the
federal budget comes up for a vote which the PM says will be considered a
matter of confidence.
Independant BC MP CHuck Cadman plans to be in the House despite his
battle with Cancer.
It’s expected he will vote with the government according to Kenora MP

Speaker Peter Milliken is also a Liberal & Valley says the MP for
