Grand Council Treaty 3 is reminding those eligible of approaching deadlines for any compensation coming out of a Federal Indian Day School Class Action lawsuit.
A federal court certified that lawsuit in June.
Those eligible had to file by the end of August.
Those who missed the deadline can still submit a claim by the end of November to have it considered.
If you want to opt out of the process, that must be done before November 18th.
