A man and woman in their 60’s, both facing drug charges following a huge marijuana seizure in International Falls last week, have each been granted bail but with a steep bond attached.
A 65-year-old American man, who lives near Fort Frances and a 62-year-old Michigan woman, appeared in Koochiching County court yesterday.
Authorities charged the pair with possessing more than 800 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated 4-million dollars.
The judge has ordered the two to avoid contact with one another and to remain in Minnesota until their next court date on June 6th.
