OPP are warning the public to monitor their children’s use of the internet.
Police say a young female from Fort Frances tried to travel to Las Vegas last week to meet a man she had met in an internet chat room.
The man had arranged a plane ticket for the girl.
Fortunately, Police intercepted the girl at the Thunder Bay Airport.
Las Vegas Police have confirmed a number of cases where young females are enticed to the area to work in the sex trade.
