Intoxicated Man Arrested For Assault On Police

A simple public intoxication arrest quickly escalated for Dryden Police on the weekend.
Officers were called to an apartment complex after receiving reports of a man walking around, knocking on doors and attempting to enter the apartments.
Police say the man was arrested in the lobby and transported to the police station.
At the detachment police allege that the man started to fight with officers and assaulted them.
Police say 25-year-old Mark Kozowy faces two counts of assault.
