Is it a Wolf or a Coyote?

The Ministry of Natural Resources is downplaying reports of wolves being spotted in Fort Frances.
A recent published photograph showed a dog being approached by what appeared to be a wolf.
Area biologist Melissa Mosley says she believes the animal is a coyote.
Mosley says its not uncommon to see coyotes in populated area and notes they rarely pose a safety concern to pets or humans.
