Local residents should be aware of a scam targeting iTunes users.
Provincial Police are reporting emails claiming to be from iTunes, advising users their account has been charged $50 and they could apply for a refund.
You are encouraged to click a link, at which time personal and credit card information is asked to be updated.
OPP stress you should never give out personal and financial information through email.
