He believes Sioux Lookout needs to improve its infrastructure to better accommodate visiting First Nations.
Bailey has lived in the community for 10-years and is an aboriginal court worker.
Bailey also helps develop and implement strategies for the community when it comes to addiction and housing needs.
He notes one priority is finding innovative ways of lowering the taxes.
Bailey says that having more forums and trying to be more transparent for community members would make a good council.
