Sioux Lookout’s Jimmy Roy remains a Manitoba Moose.
The American Hockey League club has signed the 29-year-old forward to a
1 year contact extension.
Moose GM Craig Heisinger says it was basically a no-brainer decision as he is one of the guy’s they count on from year to year.
Roy is the franchise leader in goals, penalty minutes and games played.
He played in 50-games last season and recorded 17 points and 187
penalty minutes.
Terms of the deal have note been released.
