John Rafferty Still Supporting Long-Gun Legislatio

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty says his opinion hasn’t changed and he will be supporting Legislation to kill the long-gun registry.
NDP Leader Jack Layton is proposing some changes and some New Democrats are considering switching their vote.
Rafferty says although he supports the Legislation, Jack Layton brings up a very good point.
Rafferty says there’s no reason why Politicians can’t sit down and find solutions, noting it’s become an all-or-nothing U.S. style of politics.
The NDP Caucus will meet in Regina next week to discuss possible changes to the Legislation.
