John Tory Introduces His N.O.R.T.H. Plan

John Tory is promising to restore pride and economic stability in
Northern Ontario by focusing on natural resources, job opportunities,
roads, technology and higher education.
The Conservative leader has unveiled his pre-election N.O.R.T.H plan
and says he won’t turn his back on local residents.
Tory is promising to invest more in the forest industry as well as
create new jobs in the health and sciences and value-added sectors.
Tory is also pledging to put money back into the ministry of natural
resources and spending 100% of the gas tax on improving Northern
roads and bridges.
