July Weather Recap

The month of July provided a mix bag of weather across Northwestern
Ontario.
A hot spell across the Region from the 22nd to the 26th broke
single-day maximum temperatures in most communities.
Humidex advisories were also issued in several Northern municipalities.
However, July also brought heavy rain in 2-communities.
Red Lake recorded 138-millimetres, the most since 2003, while Sioux
Lookout received 127-millimetres, the wettest July in 6-years.
