The Superior International Junior Hockey League begins game play tonight. (Friday)
The expansion Kam River Fighting Walleye host the Thunder Bay North Stars in the first game of what’s being dubbed the “Teleco Cup”.
The exhibition series will feature eight games.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs and Red Lake Miners are scheduled to hit the ice next Friday.
