The recent acquittal of Saskatchewan farmer Gerald Stanley in the death of a 22-year-old Indigenous man has affected many.

Angeconeb says they don’t want to derail the movement of reconciliation in Canada but notes they need to see change on two fronts including a major overhaul in the justice system.
He says the country must also address the issue of racism within all cultures.
