An agreement in principle has been reached between three parties to
increase the supply of clean renewable energy in Ontario.
The deal will facilitate the development of hydro-electric sites on a
stretch of the Kapuskasing River.
The developer plans to build 4 generating stations, each with the
ability of producing 5 megawatts of power.
The project is enough to supply about 5,000 homes with
electricity.
