Kayaker Hit on Pelican Lake

A dangerous incident on Pelican Lake.
Sioux Lookout OPP say a woman was kayaking on the lake when she was struck by a powerboat.
The woman was shaken up but amazingly did not require medical attention.
Police say the boat was doing 60-kilometres an hour.
The driver has been charged with careless operation of a vessel.
OPP say alcohol was not a factor.
