KDCA Gives Big Boost to Dryden Fireworks

The Kenora District Campowners Association is giving a one thousand dollar donation to the Dryden Fireworks Fund. KDCA contacted CKDR yesterday and offered to make a contribution, subject to executive approval. A quick meeting and vote was conducted via telephone and KDCA advised us this afternoon that a one thousand dollar donation has been authorized. KDCA says Dryden has always supported its membership, and they wanted to say thank you. CKDR has been promised the funds will be here by Wednesday or Thursday. The deadline to order the fireworks is Friday, May 31. Those wishing to donate can stop by CKDR during office hours, deposit directly at the Dryden TD Bank, e-mail transfers to drydenfireworks@ckdr.net or go to Lotto One in Dryden.
