KDSB Elects New Chair

The Kenora District Services Board has a new chair.
Barry Baltessen of the Lake of the Woods Unincorporated Area was elected chair during voting yesterday in Dryden.
Baltessen ran unopposed.
He replaces Red Lake Mayor Phil Vinet as chair.
Baltessen becomes the first member of the unincorporated area to be elected chair in the history of the Services Board.
