KDSB Learns Funding Allocations

Apparently change is good!
The Kenora District Services Board is receiving more money for child care and family support programming as a result of provincial changes to the funding formula.
The KDSB will see an additional $61,000 for operations and retrofits.
The Ministry of Education is also out with nearly $300,000 for wage enhancements.
Child care operators will be required to submit applications specific to the funding
