The delivery of social housing services in the area is undergoing a
make-over.
The Kenora District Housing Corporation is transferring responsibilities
to the Kenora District Services Board.
KDSB CAO Sten Lif says a number of things still have to happen
before they can offer a more efficient service.

Local Municipalities could save $145,000 with the new
model and the KDSB would also be able to look at affordable housing for
seniors if requested.
