A high profile Liberal MP has wrapped up a tour of Northwestern Ontario.
Former Cabinet Minister Ken Dryden held a round table discussion on poverty and also held a fundraiser for Kenora candidate Roger Valley last Friday in Kenora.
Dryden told the audience that like it or not Canada will probably face another election and another minority government.
The Hockey legend says the Conservative Government doesn’t want to compromise and work together to help our country function.
In regards to poverty, Dryden says he asked the round-table to come up with a poverty platform.
Dryden notes the Feds need to make strides in income support, housing and education to help those living in poverty.
