For the second year in a row, the Beaver Brae Broncos fell just short in their quest to capture Girls Hockey Gold.
The Broncos fell to the Dryden Eagles 6-3 last night, giving Dryden their second straight NORWOSSA Championship.
Kenora started quick, with Lindsay Agnew scoring 49-seconds into the game, but the Eagles jumped out to a 2-1 lead in the second.
Joelle Charlebois tied the game heading into the third, before Dryden pulled away.
Charlebois rounded out the scoring with a goal late in the third.
