Confederation College has found a home for its float plane training program.
The program was held on Eva Lake, east of Atikokan, but was forced to move because of noise complaints.
Aviation Chair Paul De Oude says they will now be based in Kenora.
He notes the partnership is with River Air and stresses both council and the public supported the plan.
James Hendy with River Air says they are able to provide Con College a quick transition with docks, offices, and fuel systems.
Con College says training will begin this spring as soon as the ice moves out.
A total of roughly 45 pilots are expected to take part in the course.
