Kenora Mill Scheduled For Fall Start-Up

Kenora Forest Products says it’s on target for a fall start-up.

Mill Manager Rod McKay says they are currently working on an expansion of their facility and expects that work will be done within a couple of months.

The mill is scheduled to re-start production by the end of September.

McKay notes the goal is to have the new planer up and running by the end of October.

The mill plans to employ over 110-workers once it’s fully up and running.
