The Federal government is out with funding to support Vermilion Bay.
The Conservatives have announced $50,000 to renovate the Lions Hall to make it barrier-free by renovating a washroom and installing automated door openers.
Another $25,000 will be spent to renovate the Happy-Go-Lucky Seniors Centre’s roof and storage building.
Kenora MP Greg Rickford says they have long supported these types of projects in Vermilion Bay.
