Bob Nault says they are in a comfortable position when it comes to federal debt, but also says they must always be wary of spending.
Nault mentions a few challenges that will carry into the next year surround trade as there is frustrations around NAFTA and Softwood Lumber talks.
He also says his government may have made a few mistakes, but the best course of action is to learn from them and keep improving.
