Kenora MP Bob Nault is looking back on the successes of his government in the past year and the benefits they carry for the region.
Nault says employment has gone up and families have benefited from the child tax benefit as well as improvements in internet infrastructure.
He says connecting everywhere in the north to quality internet is important since it is very important to connecting businesses to the world.
The Kenora MP also mentions the Canada Housing Strategy should help the area since a lot of places up north need more social and affordable houses.
Nault also says they will continue to work on infrastructure in the region and help improve the forest and mining sectors.
He adds that building all-weather roads to places without access will benefit businesses and residents.
