Kenora MP on Delay of Parliament

Kenora MP Roger Valley is disappointed with the Harper Governments
decision to delay the start of Parliament until October 16th.
Valley says he expects the Prime Minister to deal with education and
health care issues in the next Thorne Speech.
The House of Commons was set to resume September 17th and all private
members bills are now dead.
