Kenora MP Reacts to Forest Crisis

Kenora MP Roger Valley says he’s going to sit down with his colleagues
to discuss what the Feds can do to help the struggling forest industry.
Valley notes Northern communities will have to show some patience as
the Government needs to deal with all of the Provinces.
Valley adds he was surprised the McGuinty Liberals didn’t implement
more of the recommendations contained in the Forest Council Report.
He believes the Feds need to re-affirm the programs that are
currently in place.
