Kenora MP Says They Want To Make Things Right

Kenora-MP Greg Rickford says they are making adjustments in wake of the Senate expense scandal.
It follows the former chief of staffs 90-thousand-dollar payment to Senator Mike Duffy.
Rickford says they are working to make things right.
He says they want to see it taken care of, and unfortunately there has been some disappointing expenditures to an unaccounted senate.
Moving forward, Rickford hopes they can make the Senate a more accountable part of Parliament, by ruling out ruling out the kinds of expenditures, such as travel, that senators can claim.
Rickford concludes by adding they haven’t received any reception from the Liberals or NDP.
