The government is planning to expand Canadian-led air strikes into Syria.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper is pledging troops will not engage in ground combat against ISIS.
Debate on the issue started immediately after the announcement was made Tuesday in the House of Commons.
Tom Mulcair started the attack and Rickford says it wasn’t one of his best performances.
Rickford is also surprised the Liberals didn’t distance themselves from the NDP’s stance in the House of Commons.
