Kenora Officer Faces Charges

Misconduct charges have been laid against a Kenora police Officer
in relation to a botched murder investigation.
Sergeant Lloyd White faces 6-counts under the Police Services Act for
his role in the investigation of the death of Max Kakegamic.
The case ended in a mistrial with the judge citing acts of police
misconduct.
Sergeant Tom Favreau is the other one involved in the incident and he
faces 10-counts of misconduct when he stands trial in September.
