The Kenora Rainy River Riding Returning Office is
gearing up for the October 10th election.
Independent Candidates can be nominated until 2 O’clock
Tuesday afternoon.
Returning Officer Art Mior says 45-thousand residents
are eligable to vote, but notes the number could be higher
after revisions are made.
Mior says they’ll continue to work around the clock
until the big day.

Advance Polls are this Saturday at the Returning Office
in Kenora.
Advance Polling starts in Dryden, Fort Frances, Red
Lake, Cochenuer, Sioux Lookout, Ear Falls, Emo and Rainy
River on September 25th.
