Kenora-Rainy River MPP Predicting Change

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is out promoting his party’s Provincial Election platform.
Hampton says the plan reverses some of the damage done by the McGuinty Government.
The NDP member says his Government would create a Northern Ontario, not-for-profit, electricity company.
Hampton adds the NDP will take the HST off hydro and heating bills as well as prices at the gas pump.
Hampton says people are fed up with the Liberals, noting the Party is out of touch with the needs of average citizens.
He adds that you will see a Minority Government coming out of the October election and that the NDP will pick up seats in Northern Ontario and in communities like Oshawa, Windsor and Hamilton.
