Kenora Tops Dryden in Pre-Season Game

The youth and inexperience of the Dryden Eagle Football team showed Thursday as the Blue and Gold dropped a 31-6 decision to the Beaver Brae Broncos in Kenora.
Coach Geoff Zilkalns says the exhibition game was a chance to see what his players could do in a game situation.
Zilkans says he wasn’t worried about the score and notes he see’s a number of positives to move forward on.
Jeremy Euler scored Dryden’s only major on an 11-yard run in the third quarter.
The Eagles and Broncos do it again for real a week from today in Kenora.
