A week long celebration has come to an end for Dryden’s Kevin Raine and now the Calder Cup winning defenceman is focusing on the upcoming season.
Raine skated with the Dryden GM Ice Dogs for a couple of days last week and he notes the high tempo was just what he needed to prepare for the L.A. Kings camp in two weeks.
Raine says he will enter camp with a positive and confident attitude and notes he has done what he can to be prepared.
When asked about the prospects of making the Kings as a free agent, he stated he tries to ignore the depth charts and what the papers are saying.
