The Provincial Government will have its say this week
in Ontario Superior Court.
The Ministry of Northern Development and Mines will be
presenting arguements in the injunction proceedings
between Big Trout Lake First Nation and mining company
Platinex.
The Court is expected to extend or change a July 2006
order halting Platinex from mining exploration in KI
territory.
