Two men have been charged, and two others remain at large, after an alleged kidnapping in Nipigon.
Provincial Police say they were called last Monday about a man abducted, forcibly confined, and assaulted with a gun.
Police say he managed to escape and was taken to hospital with significant injuries.
OPP say 32-year-old Billy John Thompson of Nipigon and 29-year-old Andrew Otway of Thunder Bay both face charges of:
-Kidnapping while using certain firearms
-Assault with a weapon
-And a variety of firearm related offences.
Both men remain in custody.
Police remain in the community for their investigation.
