The quest to be the best begins this weekend for Dryden’s Geoff Kitt and Jordan Larson of Fort Frances.
Kitt and Larson are the only two local representatives at the RBC Junior Hockey Championship, taking place this year in Lloydminster.
Both are key members of the Carleton Place Canadiens.
There first game is Sunday at 4:30 central against the Dudley Hewitt Cup champion Trenton Golden Hawks.
The Golden Hawks open Canada’s most prestigious Junior Hockey tournament Saturday against the Alberta champion Brooks Bandits.
