The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has launched the Eye See, Eye Learn program for students in Junior Kindergarten.
Early years lead, Ann McDonald says it’s important to get treatment for eye problems early.
McDonald says they are working with optomestrists in Kenora, Dryden and Red Lake on the Eye See, Eye Learn program, and prescription glasses are also available free-of-charge.
