Transformation Blueprint for the region.
The OFC plan calls for a secure fibre supply, lower
electricity costs, and reducing red tape.

posting it on their websites.

an election issue this October. All three party leaders
have been sent a copy of the document. Leaders have until
July 27th to respond.
