All four victims of yesterday’s attack in La Loche Saskatchewan have now been identified
21-year old Marie Janvier was one of those killed at the Dene Building of the La Loche Community School. The young woman was a teacher’s aide and tutor at the school.
36-year old Adam Wood, a new teacher at the school, was identified by his parents Saturday. Wood was from Uxbridge, Ontario.
Two victims have been identified as 17 year old Dayne Fontaine and his brother, 13 year old Drayden Fontaine who were killed at a residence before the shooting spree at the school.
RCMP in Saskatchewan have charged a 17 year old male with four counts of first degree murder and seven of attempted murder.
La Loche is about 500km NE of Saskatoon and is home to about 3 thousand people. Over 800 students attend the Kindergarten – Grade 12 school.
