More labour groups are joining in the fight against provincial legislation they say interferes with collective bargaining.
The Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations is the latest to join in a charter challenge against the Protecting a Sustainable Public Sector for Future Generations Act.
The legislation places a limit on public sector wage increases of one per cent.
The initial challenge was launched by the Ontario Federation of Labour and ten other labour unions.
