A mild winter has resulted in a relatively quiet year for the Lake of
the Woods Control Board.
Spokesperson Rick Walden says managing water flow on Lac Seul hasn’t
been a major issue.
However, Walden notes the minimal ice-build up has caused other
problems.

the weather but notes the situation could quickly change.
