The 4th Annual International Lake of the Woods Water Quality forum will be taking place this week in International Falls, Minnesota.
Leading scientist working on the lake and fisheries experts will be gathering at Rainy River College tomorrow
for the two day conference.
Todd Sellers is the president of the Lake of the Woods
District Property Owners Association and says its a good opportunity to find out how the watershed is doing.

Sellers says issues such as blue/green algae blooms,
mercury and historical changes in the watershed will be discussed.
While it is a scientific conference, Sellers says the general public is welcome to attend.
