MacKenzie Flett finally iced the game for the Fort Frances Lakers in a 12 player shootout in Thief River Falls for a 4-3 win in the SIJHL Wednesday night.
Flett scored the game winner against the hometown Norskies.
Former Dryden GM Ice Dogs goalie Jacob Gnidziejko stopped 37-shots for the win.
Fort Frances now moves two points behind the third place Dryden GM Ice Dogs in the standings.
