Construction is causing another closure in the City of Dryden.
This time, the westbound lane of Government Street/Highway 17 from Park Avenue to Cecil Avenue is being closed starting today.
It will take place for a full week until August 30th.
The city says a detour is in place and motorists are asked to follow the signage from Park Avenue to Florence Street.
The closure is to complete upgrades to the water distribution system in the area.
