Lansdell-Roll resigns as Dryden city treasurer

The City of Dryden is looking to fill a key role on its senior leadership team.

Treasurer Steven Lansdell-Roll has announced he is resigning and leaving for another job in the community.

Chief Administrative Officer Roger Nesbitt says he will be missed.

“The community and our organization have benefitted from Steven’s time over the last nine years,” Nesbitt told council on Monday night.

“But, alas, I guess it’s time for him to move on and explore other opportunities within our community. Which is good news because he’ll lend his expertise to another organization.”

Nesbitt adds that Lansdell-Roll has been a key member of the senior leadership team for the last nine years.

“From day 1 forward, to this very day, he has been an integral member of the senior management team and really such an impactful employee within our organization.”

Lansdell-Roll has been with the city since 2016, and his last day will be in March.
