Dryden

Trunk or Treat & Museum Haunted House

Date: October 25, 2025

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Trunk or Treat), 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Haunted House) Location: City Hall & Dryden District Museum

Start your spooky evening with a stroll through the parking lot, where car trunks are transformed and costumed volunteers hand out treats with flair. Then head next door to the Dryden & District Museum for a haunted house experience that’s equal parts eerie and educational. Expect cobwebs, creaky floors, and maybe a ghostly curator or two. It’s a one-stop shop for fright and delight—perfect for families who like their Halloween with a side of history.

Masquerade Ball at the Legion

Location: Royal Canadian Legion Dryden #63

Step into a night of mystery and moonlight as the Legion transforms into a swirling masquerade of masks, music, and mischief. Whether you’re channeling Phantom of the Opera or a glitter-drenched ghoul, this ball invites you to dance beneath the chandeliers and let your alter ego shine. Expect live music, costume prizes, and just enough drama to make you wonder who’s really behind the mask. Formal flair or spooky chic, either way, it’s a night to remember.

Sioux Lookout

Haunted Library Night

Date: October 30, 2025

Time: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Location: Sioux Lookout Public Library

Ghost stories, creepy crafts, and maybe a librarian in a vampire cape. Great for kids and brave bookworms alike.

Trick-or-Treat Trail

Date: October 31, 2025

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Location: Town Beach Trailhead

Local businesses and volunteers line the trail with decorated booths and candy galore.


Red Lake

Trunk or Treat

Date: October 27, 2025

Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Red Lake Community Centre Parking Lot

Get ready for a parking lot party where creativity meets candy. Local families, businesses, and organizations transform their car trunks into spooky, silly, and downright spectacular mini haunted scenes. Kids in costume roam from trunk to trunk collecting treats while parents admire the DIY graveyards and ghostly decor.

Red Lake Trunk or Treat – Your Sunset Country

Ear Falls

Trunk-or-Treat at the Arena

Location: Ear Falls Arena Parking Lot

Details: Local families and groups decorate their car trunks with spooky scenes and hand out treats.

Spirit Walk

Date: October 28, 2025

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: English River Trail, Ear Falls, ON

A guided walk through the woods with storytelling, lanterns, and just enough mystery to keep you on your toes.
