Latest on Ring of Fire Development

Cliff’s Natural Resources says Sudbury appears to have necessary power requirements for it’s Ring of Fire chromite smelter.
However, the mining company insists that Thunder Bay, Greenstone and Timmins are still possible locations for the facility.
The company is hinting that it still may select a location outside of Ontario because current power prices don’t make it economically viable to operate it in this province.
